- The product will only be received if it is faulty, this means it arrives broken to your destination or if it’s unable to work properly

Before requesting a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within seven working days from your purchase, informing us about the reason of your request refund.
- In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be presented in the same conditions as received, unused, as well as in it’s original packaging.
- Lima y Lichi will take responsibility of all costs for devolutions and product exchange in case this was damaged.
- If a discount was applied at the moment of purchase, Lima y Lichi will only refund the actual amount paid.
- If the item purchased is part of a sales season. Lima y Lichi reserves the right to accept or not its refund.
