Policies stated in the website only apply to the return policy for goods and services purchased through the online store carried by Lima y Lichi.
- The product will only be received if it is faulty, this means it arrives broken to your destination or if it’s unable to work properly
Before requesting a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven working days from your purchase, informing us about the reason of your request refund.
- In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be presented in the same conditions as received, unused, as well as in it’s original packaging.
- Lima y Lichi will take responsibility of all costs for devolutions and product exchange in case this was damaged.
- If a discount was applied at the moment of purchase, Lima y Lichi will only refund the actual amount paid.
- If the item purchased is part of a sales season. Lima y Lichi reserves the right to accept or not its refund.
The shapes and the color sheme of the acquired piece will be similar to the product of the image, as it is the result of a handicraft process
